Harvard Prize Book Program
Program Goal
To provide schools a vehicle to recognize exemplary scholastic and personal student achievements AND to inspire these high school Juniors to think broadly about where they will apply to college. Sometimes, the school recognizes outstanding teachers who inspire excellence in their students. Your generous contribution will encourage students to pursue future academic studies and promote the values of scholarship and leadership in their communities.
How it Works
Sponsors may choose a school in the Hudson Valley region where they want to donate a book; each school itself identifies an outstanding high school junior for the Harvard Prize Book Award.
Becoming a Sponsor
Sponsors will pay $50 to cover the cost of the Program, which includes the Prize Book presented to the winner; this year we plan to award Harvard A to Z, by John T. Bethell, Richard M. Hunt, and Robert Shenton. If you would like to be a sponsor, please complete this form (which includes payment details). You may sponsor any number of schools and you need not be a Club member to sponsor a book.
